As some of you know, last year our family wrote a Christmas story to be used as an Advent supplement.  This year, we’re doing something a little bit different.  We’ve written a story to be used to help your family enter the New Year.  We will be posting the first installment today.

Being married to an editor can be tough.  When Jeff and I were dating, we were at two different colleges, with four (depending on how fast you drove) hours in between us.  Letters became a way of life.  So did Jeff’s correcting of my letters.  (What?  You don’t think that’s romantic?)   🙄   We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary last week and there are some things that just don’t change.

So, while Jeff is (re) editing the story to make certain that there are no grammatical, practical, mathematical or problematical issues that we may have overlooked in the first twelve edits  😉  you have to wait.  I promise, however, that if he gets too carried away, I’ll do what I did to get him to stop using his red pen on my letters.  Kiss him!   😀

Be back within the hour with chapter one of “The Stone Keeper.”
